Sales of Local Honey
Honey from various local apiaries, run by members of Kendal & South Westmorland Beekeepers Association, is offered for sale at the Kendal Farmers’ Market* on the last Friday of each month, except in December, when the Market is usually on the Friday before Christmas. The stall, called Hollins Honey, is run by Dick Towler and Sally Buckley, who also usually have for sale other beekeeping associated products, including beeswax candles, polish and wraps. A local honey tasting is always offered, so that potential customers can sample all the honeys without obligation.
* currently not appearing as there's a lack of honey from last year. If you are enquiring about local honey then contact us here
